I quote the package, not the hour

PILOT

Start here from $890

One scoped job, delivered once. You get the deliverable and the working file, and that is the end of it. The Pilot does not renew. It exists so you can see how I work without signing up to anything.

One delivery. No minimum term, because there is no second month.

FOUNDATION

The base from $2,500

Website, Google Business Profile and the technical layer set up properly, once. The platform everything else compounds on.

Minimum term None  ·  If you leave the domain, the hosting and every account stay in your name, because they were in your name from day one.

Your time: About two hours in total. Access, photos, and one look at the draft.

GROWTH

Where most local businesses start from $1,500/mo

Foundation plus ongoing local SEO. Named keywords, content that answers the questions your customers actually ask, and a monthly report you can read in five minutes.

Minimum term None  ·  If you leave 30 days notice, no penalty, and you keep everything.

Your time: About an hour a month.

SCALE

More than one of something from $2,500/mo

More than one location, or more than one service line. Deeper content programs, AI answer work and conversion work, with a quarterly sit down instead of a monthly one.

Minimum term None  ·  If you leave 30 days notice, no penalty, and you keep everything.

Your time: About an hour a month, plus a sit down each quarter.

If the numbers I report stop justifying the invoice, I expect you to leave. That expectation is the point, and it is why there is no lock in contract on this page.

Outside the ladder

CONSULTING

Your team does the work. I set the direction, audit what exists, and train the person who is going to run it. This sits outside the packages because it is not a retainer and it does not include delivery.

Price from $1,500 to set the direction, then $200 a month for the call.

What is not in any of them

NO EXTRAS.

If something is not in the package you bought, I am not going to sell it to you halfway through the month. No paid ads, no social media management, no surprise line items. If you need something outside the package, we talk about it before the next invoice, not after.

Not sure which one

THEN DO NOT GUESS. ASK ME.

There used to be a three question quiz here that told you which package you needed. I took it out. It was guessing from three answers, and guessing at a price is the exact thing this page is meant to stop.

The honest version is shorter than the quiz was. If you have no website, you start with one, and that is the Foundation. If you have a website and the phone is not ringing, the site is rarely the problem and the work is local search, which is Growth. If you are not sure whether you want to work with me at all, take the Pilot, because it is one job at a fixed price and it does not renew.

Anything more specific than that needs to know what you do and where, so the form asks six questions and takes about ninety seconds. I read every one myself.

righto, your turn

NOT SURE WHICH ONE FITS?

Tell me what your business does and what you want fixed. I will tell you which package I would put you in, and if the honest answer is none of them, I will say that instead.
